UMACC Coordinator Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: UMACC PANTRY COORDINATOR

  1. POSITION DETAILS:
    1. 20 Hours/Week, Start Date Negotiable
    2. Starting at $15/hour, 1099 Position
    3. Laptop Provided
    4. Reports to the UMACC Board of Directors

 

  1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Be onsite to coordinate weekly preparations and packing on Mondays from 10am-6pm
    2. Be onsite to coordinate weekly distributions on Tuesdays from 8am-noon and 4pm-8pm
    3. Coordination of UMACC Volunteers
    4. UMACC Inbox oversight
    5. Collaboration with UMACC Board on administration of Social Media and Website content
    6. Collaborating with UMACC Board on weekly delivery orders
    7. Collaborating with UMACC Board on weekly food ordering
    8. Picking up weekly donations and orders with the UMACC van
    9. Tracking weekly participation and generating monthly participation reports
    10. Other duties as requested by the UMACC Board

 

  1. REQUIREMENTS
    1. Good interpersonal skills
    2. Ability to speak with kindness and respect to patrons, volunteers, and members of the Board
    3. Ability to maintain confidentiality
    4. Organized and punctual
    5. Creativity and good problem-solving skills
    6. Proficient with email and Microsoft Word and Excel
    7. Valid PA Drivers License (clean driving record a plus), willingness/ability to drive the UMACC van
    8. Able to lift fifty (50) pounds
    9. Working Cell Phone
    10. Spanish speaking a plus!
